WHO Cares


WHO = World Health Organisation
Where my father worked for a while
FAO = Food and Agriculture Organisation
Which has its headquarters in Rome
UN = United Nations
Where people gather to shake hands
IMF = International Monetary Fund
Which lends money to the poor
But how can the poor borrow
When they can't even eat?
If they don't eat, they can't fight
And still there is no peace in the world.
FAO says it's united against hunger
As factories work day and night
To make the white painted vehicles
Of the UN Peace Keeping Forces
To move around the hoodlum guns
That shoot for an unborn cause
And when the rain falls more or less
On the roofless faces
Of the big eyed children,
WHO cares?
