Nimbus

Foolish heart but chiding only deepens the woe
Decide, Nimbus whether you cry rain or shine aglow
Over that hinterland loom the wild dreams you sow

I paid you a visit with two friends in the end
And saw that huge pylon at the back used to send
Electric shocks that make all the money then to lend

Why of all places known did you choose loneliness
And a companion with smouldering tenderness
In a voice closed by ambitions unfulfilled?

She lives for you keeping clean those unseen niches
And perhaps reshapes the value of languages
And the rigour of hearing not as one wishes

I do not want to ask much at all. I'm just stunned
That the art does seem to consumate all the fun
With endless talk to do with people on the run

Thank you truth for the clue about the second coming
After all it is just a manner of speaking
I think we might move mountains at our next meeting
