The Muse

"Is it better to be the writer or the muse?"

What a silly question!

One cannot be without the other, that is, inspiration is not a dispensable tool.

Inspiration is that thing that moves hearts and minds.

All minds are fine if they get polished, but, an educated mind is not necessarily what I mean. What I mean is the receptive mind: one which is open to inspiration.

"To what dramatic experience may the muse lead you through in order for you to be excited into feeling inspired?"

I don’t know if inspiration comes to excite me. It’s a sort of a calming feeling or at least there is no particular physical sensation associated with it. Nevertheless she constantly challenges your mind and temper. This in itself is not a dramatic experience. However I do start to imagine more vividly, I think, in order to enter into that realm of constancy.

"Don’t waste any more time than you already may have."

This coming from him was a rather reassuring thing.
